About the destination: Peñiscola is a town in the province of Castellón, on the Costa del Azahar, in the north of the Serra d'Irta along the Mediterranean coast. It is a popular tourist destination. It's more evident trademark is the impressive castle on the shore, built by the Knights Templar in the 14th century. Peñíscola is one of the most popular tourist resorts in the province of Castellón. The site of many historical convergences and divergences, Peñíscola has nevertheless remained a highly evocative place throughout the centuries. This Mediterranean city has perpetually been surrounded by fortified walls and the endless golden sands of its two beaches. A fairytale city, an almost magical place straight out of the movies. With its spectacular fortress, its steep narrow streets nestled within the city walls, its magnificent wetlands, golden beaches and the rugged Serra D’Irta Mountains, Peñíscola offers visitors a wide range of surprising and beautiful urban and natural environments to explore.

About the destination: Calpe / Calp is a city in the province of Alicante. It is a very popular tourist destination, especially among British and German tourists. There are undoubtedly very nice places in Calpe but nowhere can it be compared to its famous landmark which is the "Peñón de Ifach". It is a gigantic and imposing granite rock more than 600 meters high. An emblem of the city and one of the most beautiful places, there is no more beautiful postcard in Calpe than the one that this mountain offers us at sunset. This is why one of the most popular activities is the climb to the Rock. But Calpe not only has that, Calpe breathes history on all four sides. Here are archaeological remains dating from the Bronze Age, but it was during the time of the Roman Empire when the city acquired great importance, thanks to its strategic location. It has an inheritance from the cultures that passed through there, the ruins of the Baths of the Queen remain from the Romans, it was also invaded by the Muslims, but the remains of the defensive wall and the Torre de la Peça already belong to the time of the Christian conquest. In addition to history, Calpe offers you more than 12km of coastline with a very varied geography. Its 14 beaches are synonymous with quality and scenic beauty. It is normal that with all that it offers, this beautiful city attracts thousands and thousands of visitors every year.
